LOST IN THE JUNGLE

Four backpackers met in Bolivia and set off into the rainforest on a dream expedition. . They were Yossi Ghinsberg and his two friends: Kevin and Marcus. They had hired a guide; Karl, who would take them deep into the deep rainforest to an unexplored villages hidden for  tourists. Then  they would raft nearly 200 km back down  river. They were so excited about travelling in the jungle!

After a week there was no sign of the village. Then after some disagreements, the group split up. Yossi and Kevin tried to find their own way without a guide, while Karl and Marcus preferred to hike back to Apolo, the town from which they had left. They agreed to meet in a hotel of La Paz in a week´s time.

While Kevin and Yossi  were rafting a terrible rafting accident separated the two men, What began as the adventure of a lifetime quickly became a struggle for survival. They got lost in the wilds of the Amazonian jungle . Kevin was found by some local hunters after a few days, but Yossi was forced to survive for weeks alone in one of the most unpredictable environments on the planet. He felt terrifed and lonely, and it is amazing that he could survive

Kevin had been really anxious about his friend, but fortunately, after three weeks he managed to get some help and found Yossi- but Marcus and Karl were never seen again.
