The e-mail should have the following parts:

a- Greeting- Introduction: Say where you are., when you arrived, where you are staying,who with,

for how long

b- Give some information about: Your journey , the accomodation, the place, your travel mates...

c- Narrate something you have been doing and speak about your plans for the rest of the holiday

d- Ending- Farewell
